Turmeric supplements usually taste terrible. They're chalky, packed with added flavors trying to mask the turmeric. We figured out how to make a curcumin concentrate that tastes like… nothing. Silky smooth nothing. That's the point, so you can add it to anything. Water, coffee, a smoothie, whatever you're already drinking. It makes doing something good for your body easy.
Curcumin is a remarkable supplement, but by itself your body just throws most of it away. It barely absorbs, and the little that does get absorbed doesn't last long. That's where the pepper comes in. Piperine slows down how fast your body clears the curcumin, so it stays around long enough to actually work. In one study, that pairing made curcumin up to 20x more bioavailable.
No 40-item ingredient list. No words you need a chemistry degree to read. Just four things that earn their place:
- Water
- Curcumin (1,000 mg curcuminoids)
- Piperine (10 mg, from black pepper)
- Sunflower lecithin (never soy)
Every 2 teaspoons gives you a full 1,000 mg of curcuminoids. Shake well, add 2 tsp to 8 oz of water or whatever you happen to be drinking, and get on with your day. 12 fl oz (355 mL), about 35 servings.
One warning: it stains. Curcumin is powerful, and that bright orange comes from the curcuminoids themselves, the compounds doing all the work. So it is absolutely worth it. Just try not to spill.
